Privacy Policy

When you place an order online with Tamarack, we collect your name, email address, credit card billing and shipping address, contact phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to process your order and provides us with a way to contact you, should we have a question concerning your order. After you place an online order with Tamarack, a copy of that order is sent to you via email for your records. If you do not receive an e-mail receipt from Authorize.net (our payment merchant), either your email address was registered incorrectly or the message was held up in your spam filter.

If you do not register your name and contact information, our web server does not have access to personally identifiable information about you.

Email Addresses

Tamarack does not send unsolicited email. We don't sell, rent or distribute email addresses for commercial purposes. We collect email addresses only if people communicate with us via email or if they volunteer their email online, through means such as surveys and/or site registrations.

Occasionally we seek feedback on products under development and may invite customers to test products free-of-charge. If you receive a message from one of our email addresses and do not want to receive further communication, please let us know.

Shipping Policy

We offer both standard, US Postal First Class, and expedited, UPS, shipping options. Expedited options are based on UPS rates for shipping to your zip code.

Free Shipping Offer applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). If you would like an international shipping rate quote, please e-mail or call and we'll do our best to find an affordable shipping solution.

All orders arriving before 2:00pm (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday, are fulfilled and shipped the same day; excluding holidays. Weekend orders will ship the following business day.

ENGO® Blister Prevention Patches are guaranteed to prevent blisters when applied as recommended. Your package of ENGO® patches will include detailed instructions and tips to ensure you have a positive experience with our product.

If you purchase ENGO® patches, either direct from GoENGO.com or through one of our retail partners and are unhappy with your experience, let us know. We want to do everything possible to make your relationship and experience with us a pleasant one.

For refund requests, we will refund the order amount, including sales tax and flat rate shipping charge, if applicable. We do not refund expedited shipping charges. All orders will be refunded back to a credit card number to be provided when the refund is requested.

All unused product with orders exceeding $20 in value must be returned before a refund will be issued. Simply return unused product in a self-addressed, stamped envelope via US Mail to the address below. Orders totaling less than $20 will be refunded prior to product return.
