ENGO® Athletes & Coaches
Since the inception of ENGO® Patches in the spring of 2004, we have been fortunate to develop many great relationships with athletes, healthcare professionals and organizations that have helped immensely with raising awareness of our unique blister care product.
Ryan Dexter, Endurance Athlete
Ryan Dexter is an ultrarunner and 2010 champion of the 200 mile McNaughton Trail Run in Pittsfield, VT. In conjunction with the race, Ryan was able to raise nearly $12,000 for the Free Wheelchair Mission - enough to donate 1 wheelchair for every mile he ran (200 wheelchairs)!
Ryan has run 48 official marathons or ultramarathons since 1997 and is the current course record holder at the Badgerland F/X 12 Hour Run with 78.78 miles. Ryan is an avid runner who since the beginning of 2006, has kept an exact count of his daily running mileage and has averaged over 8 miles/day for the 5+ years since then. For the last three years, he has run over 3,000 miles each year. ENGO patches have helped keep his feet injury free and healthy. "The ENGO patches remove the friction that I typically experience at my back heels during extended running. Whether I am out for a 20 mile run or a 200 mile run — you can't beat the comfort that ENGO patches provide." — Ryan Dexter

Terri Schneider, Endurance Athlete, Motivational Speaker and Coach
Renowned adventure racer, triathlete, and ultrarunner Terri Schneider is highly acclaimed as a top female multi-sport endurance athlete and as an inspirational and sought after speaker, writer and coach. She has raced in over 30 countries as a world-class professional triathlete for twelve years and an elite international adventure racer since the sport's inception in the U.S. in 1995. Terri has shared her personal experiences, research, and expertise through her work as a coach and, as the invited speaker at a long list of events as well as with national and international audiences on the Discovery Channel, USA Network, high-profile talk shows, news segments, and in popular fitness and outdoor publications.
"Given one of my passions for going long, my feet take a regular beating. It's clear I have 'blue collar feet' due to their harsh and frequent use. I often long for the cute little sandals that 'white collar feet' showcase - but priorities will be priorities for endurance athletes. In order to feed my passionate cause, I need to keep the feet intact enough to get me through the day(s) of constant movement and ENGO® patches have saved me countless times from many a movement stopping blister. Whether I'm running, biking or climbing a mountain, I won't leave home without ENGO® in my travel bag, - nor will my coaching clients!" -Terri Schneider
